Victoria Falls, one of the most spectacular natural wonders in the world, is a breathtaking cascade located on the Zambezi River at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Known locally as “Mosi-oa-Tunya,” which translates to “The Smoke that Thunders,” Victoria Falls lives up to its name with its immense power and beauty. The falls span nearly 1.7 kilometers (1 mile) wide and plunge over 100 meters (328 feet) into the gorge below, creating a mesmerizing curtain of mist and spray that can be seen and heard from miles away. In this package we will give you a true Victoria Falls safari experience.
Join us for a trip to Zimbabwe to experience a Victoria Falls safari. While we are there we will take you around the national Zimbabwean parks. Camp at different campsites and embark on guided game drives to see the game that Zimbabwe has to offer. Explore camps like Hwange Main Camp, Robin’s camp and more. At night come back to delicious food already prepared by our chef.

Itinerary:
Day 1:
Land at OR Tambo International Airport. You will be picked at the airport and transported to Al Thandiwe Game Farm. On your first day there you will be partaking in an orientation day where you will receive all the information . You will go through a brief vehicle and 4×4 introduction course with our professional guide. After Orientation relax at Al Thandiwe and enjoy some traditional bushveld cuisine made by our chef.
Day 2:
Depart early the next day and make your way to Elephant Sands Botswana. You will be accompanied by a professional guide, our chef and a camp’s assistant. Enjoy the trip with peace of mind while being escorted by professionals. We suggest only 2 people per vehicle to ensure a comfortable trip. Refreshments will be provided for the trip. Spend the day exploring the area. Your guide will lead you in a morning drive to some of our secrets spots. Come back at 1’oclock for the already prepared lunch. After lunch you will have a free afternoon to explore how you want. Go off on another game drive or rest at camp.
Day 3:
Visit the magnificent Victoria Falls and spend the day.
Day 4:
Make your way to Victoria Falls border and spend the day there.
Day 5:
Make your way to Hwange Main Camp and explore the surrounding area. Be welcomed back by dinner already prepared by our chef and relax at the campsite.
What to lookout for: elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, lions, leopard, cheetah, hyena, wild dog, giraffe, zebra, hippo and an array of antelope such as gemsbok, sable, roan antelope and eland.
Day 6:
Head off to Sinamatella. Sinametella is perched on a rocky outcrop 55m high overlooking a grassy plain and riverbed, offering a wonderful view. Explore the surrounding area. Be welcomed back by dinner already prepared by our chef and relax at the campsite.
What to lookout for: elephants, hyenas and honey badgers
Day 7:
Explore Sinamatella. Have our guides take you otu on a morning game drive and then come back at lunch. Eat lunch at camp and afterword’s have a free afternoon to explore however you want. Be welcomed back by dinner already prepared by our chef and relax at the campsite.
What to lookout for: elephants, hyenas and honey badgers
Day 8:
Head to Robin’s camp. The campsite boundaries are secured by electric fencing. Enjoy full access to all the facilities that Robins Camp has to offer. Inclusive of a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and a scenic viewing point to relax and take in the flora and fauna. Stay the night at Robin’s camp and explore the surrounding area.
What to lookout for: reedbuck, roan, sable and tsessebe
Day 9:
Make your way to the oldest town in Botswana: Francis Town. Spend the day at Francis town savoring the charm this little town holds and spend the night there.
Day 10:
Early departure from Francis town and make your way back to Johannesburg. On your way there drop off the vehicles.
Add-on:
Add on Cape Town to your Victoria Falls safari and explore table mountain and the luxurious waterfront or stay a couple of extra days at Al Thandiwe Game ranch and experience the thrill of hunting. Add-on packages can be discussed.
